After recently speaking to a few friends and clients, there seemed to be a common issue: extra weight. Even though they are making healthy lifestyle choices, it’s still a struggle with weight gain, particularly around the stomach. This is because of ingredients that are affecting us all whether you know it or not. The issue is caused by Endocrine Disruptors. Stay with me for a moment.

Then begin ELIMINATING these harmful chemicals out of your life, for you, for me, and for our aquatic life. Because every time these chemicals are used, they end up in our drinking water and our water sources, creating a vicious circle of toxicity.

So, what can you do NOW to protect yourself and your family?


  • drinking, cooking, eating, and storing food in plastic.
  • buying things with fragrances: your laundry detergent, shampoo, cleaning products, toxic plug-ins (car pulgs too) take them out now.


  • phasing organic produce in your diet.
  • buying non-toxic makeup, and skincare- your skin is your largest organ and everything you put on it absorbs quickly and goes straight into your bloodstream.
  • drinking filtered water: for the record bottled water does not have to be filtered and it is mostly in plastic where by dioxins, BPA, BPE and BPS leech straight into your water.

When you learn to make mindful choices, you help everyone, because all the drinking water and produce are cleaner. It’s a WIN! WIN!
